Hammock Dunes is a private, gated, oceanfront, golf community located halfway between St. Augustine and Daytona Beach just east of Palm Coast, Florida. This beautiful, 1220-property community includes two and one-half miles of oceanfront property, over five miles of Intracoastal Waterway property, and residence options that include single family homes, condominiums, and villas.
The Hammock Dunes Owners’ Association owns all developer rights for the community, oversees many important functions, including enforcement of architectural standards, infrastructure maintenance, common area landscaping, and operation of the gate houses, and is the producer of this website. Property owners have the option of joining the Hammock Dunes Club, one of very few country clubs in America to be designated both a Platinum Club of America and a Distinguished Emerald Club of the World.

Hammock Dunes Club has an elegant Oceanfront clubhouse and a more informal "Low Country" style clubhouse at the Creek Course. Together, they offer dining options for every taste and mood. Weekly menus vary by dining experience thus offering a wide array of options. All food is prepared from the freshest ingredients. When possible, local produce and seafood are used so the cuisine is healthy and delicious. Sauces and soups are made from scratch and breads are baked on-premises. There are few things better than the fresh local shrimp, caught right offshore and served within hours of being caught. Whether it's a burger or a "Chef's Table", our members are never disappointed in their dining experience.
Nightlife
Members have access to two private golf course clubhouses. The Links Clubhouse is over 40,000 square feet and includes a resort-style heated pool and spa, fitness center, golf shop, and a variety of indoor and outdoor dining options. The informal, yet elegant “low country-style” Creek Clubhouse is nestled in a natural setting and includes a casual restaurant and bar, screened porch, and golf shop. There are many restaurants and clubs located in the Palm Coast area just miles away from the private gated community.
